We hope you are delighted with your ANNA by RabLabs purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase from this site, we will accept merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit under the following conditions:
All return and exchange requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Returns must be received no later than 30 days after the initial date of delivery. We recommend shipping merchandise for return via FedEx or UPS for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Gift Returns may be exchanged for product. You must include your gift receipt or packing slip in the return. If your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift receipt, you are responsible for the difference. All furniture, custom-made, exclusive, limited-edition and sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please note, refunds and credits will only be issued after the item is delivered to our warehouse. This may take 3 – 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
International refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages.

Please pack the product in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, foam or paper cushions for delicate pieces.
Include the Return Authorization in the box, following instructions given by customer service.
