Refund Policy
ANNA accept returns on merchandise in its original condition, for a refund of the purchase price.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted.
ANNA reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Merchandise returned to ANNA will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
To Complete Your Return or Exchange:
Within 30 days of purchase, email support@annanewyork.com with your order number and reason for return, and you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.
Pack the product securely, in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, or bubble bags. Include your Return Authorization number in the box.
ANNA recommends shipping merchandise for return via FedEx or UPS for tracking purposes, and requesting adequate insurance. ANNA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
Damaged Items
Our products are made from natural materials: colors, patterns, and sizes may vary, and are part of the natural beauty of our designs. They are not considered defects.
If, however, the goods arrive to you broken or damaged, please contact support@annanewyork.com within 48 hours of receipt. Photographs are required for all damage claims.
